Using Envene
Envene helps teams review connected apps, AI tools, OAuth grants, exposed resources, findings, tasks, policies, audit events, and reports. Please use Envene only for workspaces, accounts, systems, and data you are allowed to manage or review.
Your workspace
You are responsible for the users you invite, the permissions you grant, the integrations you connect, and the information submitted to your workspace.
You keep ownership of your data. You give Envene permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, and to follow your instructions in the product.
Fair use
Do not use Envene to break the law, access systems without permission, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer the product, or submit secrets and regulated data outside the controls approved for your workspace.
Integrations
Integrations depend on provider APIs, credentials, scopes, rate limits, and your configuration. Provider changes may affect availability or results. Please review requested scopes and make sure each integration is appropriate for your team.
AI and recommendations
Envene may generate risk scores, classifications, summaries, and remediation guidance. These outputs are meant to help your team move faster, but they can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing findings and deciding what to do.
Plans and billing
Free and paid plans may include limits on scans, members, integrations, reports, policies, retention, or other features. Paid subscriptions, invoices, renewals, cancellations, and payment methods may be managed through Stripe or another billing provider.
Service changes
We may update features, integrations, plans, pricing, reports, and workflows as the product evolves. When a change materially affects core paid functionality, we will try to give reasonable notice.
Ending use
You may stop using Envene at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment, security risk, suspected abuse, unlawful use, violation of these terms, or a request from the workspace owner.
Important note
Envene is provided as-is unless a written agreement says otherwise. It is a review and decision-support tool, not a replacement for your own judgment, provider records, security program, or legal advice. Questions about terms, privacy, security, billing, or commercial agreements can be sent through the contact page.
These terms are written for standard self-service use. If your company has a signed agreement with Envene, that agreement may add to or replace parts of these terms.
